As part of the Bartlett Festival in September 2021, for Site-Writing and Reading Ecopoetics, hosted by Jacqui Glass, Polly Gould, David Roberts, and Jane Rendell, some of the 2020 cohort – Chia-Ying Chou, Teagan Dorsch, Kanza Leghari, and Hamish Muir – read from site-writings that explore the visual and verbal poetics of islands, rivers and seas, along with artist-poet Caroline Bergvall who read from Drift (2014), a poetic work exploring a migrant tragedy at sea, and poet and cultural geographer Tim Cresswell who read of plastic pollution in his Plastiglomerate (2020).
